How to Order

1. ONLINE

You are able to peruse the products on our online store. All products are organized logically so that navigation to the products you need is made easy. You are also able to search for products using the “Search” tool bar. Please note that all prices shown are  in Australian Dollars (AUD) and  are exclusive of GST. Prices shown are accurate, however there may be times where prices have changed and we have not had time to alter them on the website. We apologies for this inconvenience, but are more than happy to refund monies or offer similarly priced products if you are unhappy.

The general public do not need to sign up to purchase products and you can check out as a guest. By signing up however you will receive specials and kept up to date with everything that is going on in the rehab world.

If you are a registered business, sporting team or registered organization then you may be eligible for a wholesale account and receive wholesale pricing on our entire range. In this instance you will need to register for an account and it will need to be approved. If you think you may qualify please go to the Registration page and choose the Wholesale account option and complete.

We have endeavored to offer the widest range of products to suit all budgets.  However if there is something that you need that you don’t see please contact us, as we will be able to help you.

Once you have signed up with us, you can manage your details, keep track of your favorite products and review your previous orders. You will also be kept up to date with any new product information and be kept informed of the frequent SPECIALS that we run.

5. COME IN STORE

Our Rehab Store is open to the general public. We are open 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.  You can try before you buy and be confident you are getting the right product for you with our physios and trained staff always on hand to help.

The general public can browse and shop for;

• Home Treatment products
• Orthotics and Thongs
• Strapping tapes and First Aid Supplies
• Pillows
• …and much more

Practitioners are welcome to refer their patients to our store for any brace or rehab equipment requirement. Please contact us if you would like a referral pad for easy referral.

RETURNS

We realize that when purchasing online there is a risk that the sizing is not always exact once you receive the product. Rarely there may be a product malfunction.

In these situations we are always happy to replace the products, or give you a credit. There are a few conditions to returning products so please download our Returns Policy for all the details and the conditions.

A Returns Authorization Form must be filled out and accompany any returns. Please contact us for more info.

DELIVERY

All orders are filled and dispatched the next day via courier service or Australia Post, please be aware that there may be a slight delay if we are very busy. If there are any special freighting requirements or costs, we will inform you before proceeding with dispatch. In the event that products are out of stock at the time of ordering, they will be back-ordered and sent to you once received at our warehouse. These products will be sent to you at no extra cost.  We will contact you in the event that products are required to be back-ordered.

30 DAY TRADING ACCOUNT

Wholesale customers with a current trading history with APE are welcome to apply for a 30-day trading account. Please note that your application will not be processed until it is completed in full. If you have any queries regarding your application, please email accounts@futureplusltd.com. Once your application is approved, you will be able to place future orders onto 30-day terms.
