To heat, remove your FreezeSleeve Flat Pak from the storage bag and microwave for 30 seconds, then hold it firmly against the skin. Your FreezeSleeve Flat Pak should feel warm to the touch, not hot.  Reheat in 10 second increments until desired temperature is reached. FreezeSleeve helps soothe sore muscles and aches by transferring the cold/heat to the affected area.
